ALL SALES ARE FINAL NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS.
No one dimension may exceed 1.5 meter (59 inches). No two dimensions may exceed 2.74 meter (107.9 inches). Maximum box dimension is 3 meter. Maximum weight is 30kg - 66 pounds. Invoice total and shipping cost will be done in one charge. Unless arrangements are made all out of province buyers will automatically be shipped to. We use Canada Post for shipping out our winnings and put insurance on each parcel/box. If you have an item that will fit in an oversized letter mail, please contact so we can arrange for less postage. Any items that are too large or heavy for shipment through Canada Post will be handled by a 3rd party Pack N' Ship.
If you are wanting to hold on items for another auction coming up, let us know within 24 hours (maximum hold: 2 auctions). Please give 15 to 30 days for items to be collected, packed, payment processed and shipped out.

Bodnarus Auctioneering holds the right to hold purchases until payment is cleared if prior arrangements haven't been made. Purchases become the sole responsibility of the purchaser immediately after bidding ceases.
Credit Cards will be processed for payment 6 Days after auction concludes if payment and pick up has not been prearranged.

A online bidding premium may be applied to each lot purchased on the Internet. Federal GST and corresponding Provincial Sales Tax will apply to all purchases where applicable.

That by bidding on an item you have agreed to accept that item in it’s present condition and with description provided whether accurate or not.
When using our online auction services you are making firm commitments to purchase said item(s) and are entering into a legal and binding contract.
You also acknowledge that the Internet may be an unreliable and error prone network and Bodnarus Auctioneering will not guarantee that bids placed online will always be transmitted to or received by the auctioneer in a timely fashion.
The Auctioneer controls the bidding, and in case of a dispute the decision by the Auctioneer will be final.
You agree that all sales are final. Upon your becoming the Purchase of an item, that item shall immediately become your responsibility and be at your risk (whether you have paid for that item or not). You agree that Bodnarus Auctioneering and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged items and will not reimburse or discount items for any type of loss. Items must be removed within 3 days of the auction, unless further arrangements have been made. All items are left at your own risk and responsibility.
