It ain't fiberglass, it's a 1961 model Lane wood barrel back kit boat. Fiberglass cloth and resin gel coat over marine grade plywood. All white oak frame. From the original family that built it.
Restored with new ribbon mahogany plywood deck all brass nails and epoxy glue. Old Master Spar Marine urethane varnish finish in high gloss finish. Electric start 40 horsepower Johnson Seahorse outboard motor. Motor has been checked over by Pally Performance Saskatoon 3 weeks ago. All new marine grade vinyl upholstery with high density foam on seats and seatbacks.
The trailer is factory made in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Square tube framing with perimeter angle iron frame to provide for the plywood sheeting that protects the boat's bottom entirely when travelling. The trailer has 2 new tires and wheels. Also, a spare tire is provided. As well, the trailer has both coil springs and shock absorbers.
This boat has been totally restored which includes fiberglass interior reinforcement at the keel to rib connections, fiberglass added at the interior front hull for water resistance and added strength. A new custom ribbon mahogany deck was installed The original windshield goes with the boat but has not been reinstalled in the event the new owner wants a new windshield for example straight plexiglass or tempered glass versus the present factory framed 1/4 inch curved plexiglass windshield.
