Auction Details
- This sale contains three parts. The first half of the estate will be sold on Wed Jun 21st starting at 9:00 AM, Online only with a LIVE auctioneer. The Real Estate will be sold on Wed Jun 21st at 7:00 PM, which will be sold LIVE in person as well as LIVE online. The second half of the estate will be sold on Thurs Jun 22nd at 9:00 AM, Online only with a LIVE auctioneer.
- For all of the items in the estate, there is a 20% Buyers Premium. For items that sell for over $1000, the premium is dropped to 10%
- The estate has a 1% Buyers Premium when bidding online.
- Scheduled pickup days are the friday and saturday after the sale from 9am-6pm and from 9am-noon respectively.
- For customers who would like there items shipped, Packing and shipping is normally done in the most price effective way for the receiver in respect to the value of the items. If a buyer would like an item sent faster or packed more heavily, please make arrangements on the next business day after the sale.
- By default, your items will be charged to the credit card provided. If you’d prefer to pay in a different way, please contact us on the next business day to arrange other payment.
- All items are sold as is, with no guarantees, warranties, refunds or exchanges.
- All bids are non-retractable and binding.
- 5% GST tax is applicable to all items sold. There is a 300$ exemption per item for PST, but 6% PST will be charged on anything above that, per item.

- Items for this sale are stored at the estate. Pickup and shipping will be made from there.
Pickup will be made from the estate, 112 1st Ave N, Marcelin, SK. Pickup days are Friday June 23rd from 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM and Saturday June 24th from 9:00 AM - Noon. Items not picked up in this time frame will be shipped and buyers expense, resold, or discarded.
